I want to be sedated

With this being my first time 3D modelling and animation, most of the models had to be relatively simple, with the only truly detailed ones being the character and the guitar. A lot of the details of the models come from texturing in Substance Painter. I wanted to give the models a very messy painterly look to reflect the messy mindset of the character.

I wanted to really show the mania of insomnia visually, and reflect the contrasting tone of the music and lyrics by having two very different colour palettes for the imaginary and real scenes. I also felt it was important to edit it to the beat of the song, and I had storyboarded and planned everything to center around that.
